The pharmacist will meet with you in a one-on-one consultation to provide a personalized smoking cessation treatment plan.  During this consultation, we will review your nicotine dependency, past quitting attempts, and current medications & medical conditions. This information will aid the pharmacist in working with you to determine the best smoking cessation options.  We will also provide information on strategies to help make the quit attempt more successful, as well as provide ongoing support.
